Can the personal representative of an estate charge a "finder fee" on the sale of estate property? - broker sales representative difference
I am the PR of a property. The field has a property and would like to know if someone brings me a buyer for the property, I can accept cash, whether in or outside the closure of some available "rate" rate "corridor"? I am in Florida, if it makes a difference.
